Minister Greene held a bilateral meeting with India’s External Affairs Minister, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, on the margins of the Commonwealth Foreign Ministers Meeting in London. The talks focused on strengthening bilateral ties and advancing cooperation ahead of CHOGM 2026.

March 8–10

Participated in the Commonwealth Foreign Ministers Meeting (CFAMM) in London; moderated the opening session and Executive Retreat. Held bilateral meetings with Malta’s Deputy PM & Foreign Minister Dr. Ian Borg, UK Minister Chris Elmore, Singapore’s Permanent Secretary Luke Goh, and others to advance CHOGM 2026 preparations.

March 10

Participated in the Twelfth UK–Caribbean Ministerial Forum in London. Ongoing diplomatic engagements on CHOGM 2026 (to be hosted 1–4 November in St. John’s), including youth forums, Blue Finance side events, and technical support from partner nations.

 Launch of CHOGM 2026 journey with new theme “Accelerating Partnerships and Investment for a Prosperous Commonwealth”; Sir Viv Richards named brand ambassador.
