2014 marked a defining transition into national leadership for Hon. E.P. Chet Greene following the victory of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party in the 2014 Antigua and Barbuda general election.
This year focused on establishing ministerial authority, rebuilding national confidence, and setting the direction for economic and cultural development. As a newly appointed Cabinet Minister, he took responsibility for trade, commerce, industry, sports, culture, and community services—key sectors tied directly to national growth.
His work in 2014 centered on laying policy foundations, engaging communities, and stabilizing critical sectors, while also assuming leadership as ABLP Chairman and representing St. Paul at the parliamentary level.

Successfully elected as Member of Parliament for St. Paul in the 2014 Antigua and Barbuda general election.
